Everyone has a choice and we are glad you chose APG. To show our appreciation and dedication we have instituted The Rapid Response Program.

The Rapid Response Program is implemented on all Alexander Properties Group communities and fee managed communities. The program is critical to our success and is part of property inspections by corporate.

The program involves our promise to respond to a reported maintenance problem within 24 hours or by the end of the next business day on weekends. Also, upon completion of the maintenance request the resident is provided with a postcard survey that can be sent directly to the corporate office.
