Alexander Properties Group, Inc. is owned and operated by Andy Alexander and Pete Alexander. The partnership started in 1982 when Andy and Pete jointly ran an apartment brokerage company. In 1987 they founded Alexander Properties Group, Inc. That year, the brothers partnered with a previous client and purchased their first apartment community – which they still own today. APG started fee management services in 1991 and by 1994 they were managing 2200 units. Today, APG manages 23 communities in 7 states totaling 4000 units.

Andy and Pete realize “Everyone has a choice and we want them to choose APG”. So much so, that in fact, that very statement is our company motto. Providing exemplary service is our goal and our mission, exemplary service to our residents, employees and customers.

APG is a full-service real estate management firm that offers service as its product, packaged with quality and profitable performance. APG has brought success to real estate owners throughout the Southeast through their “results oriented” approach to leasing and management.
